  1. Q: How long is the delivery?
    A : We deliver product from Mon-Sat, orders paid before 10.00am will be shipped the same day, after 10.00am will be delivered the next day. The product will reach the recipient within 1-2 days.
  2. Q : How to change the product?
    A : In case of the product is damaged from factory or transportation, the customers can send the product back for replacement. The new product will delivered after defective product has been returned. shipping costs are paid by store. Please record a video while opening the box as evidence
    For rack, please send picture or video of damaged product, quantity to the staff. New products will be delivered by Best Express, the staff will inform tracking number after the product is delivered.
  3. Q : How to return the product?
    A : Customer can’t return the products but can change products ( In the event that the product is damaged). In the event that the customer ordered the wrong product, we reserve the right to change or return the product. Please check the order list before placing an order.
  4. Q : Can I pick up the product myself?
    A : For rack, customers can pick up the products at warehouse. For other products please contact the staff.
  5. Q : Can deliver by Grab or Lalamove?
    A : Bangkok and vicinity can deliver by Grab or Lalamove, customers pay the actual shipping cost. For rack, Bangkok and vicinity, Ayutthaya, Kanchanaburi, Chonburi, Rayong, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Sa Kaeo, can deliver by Lalamove.
  6. Q : Can issue a tax invoice?
    A : All product can issue a tax invoice, we’ll send tax invoice after product delivery as address on tax invoice. If customers want to change the address please contact the staff.
